A proper kitchen. A friendly chef. A very serious apron.

Little Chefs Club is a hands-on cooking school for children aged five to fourteen. We teach proper kitchen skills and recipes from scratch in a safe, friendly, energetic kitchen. No screens, no fuss, no nut allergens. Just appetites, aprons and a lot of laughing.

We are a nut-free kitchen. We can accommodate nut allergies only.

Our story

A mum, two picky eaters and a kitchen that changed everything.

As a parent, I always struggled to feed my children. Both of them had food allergies — and mealtimes were a battlefield of labels, substitutions and tiny tantrums. I was exhausted.

But I was also a mum who loved cooking, and I could not bear the thought of my children growing up afraid of food. So I pulled them into the kitchen with me. I handed them a spoon. I let them make a mess.

Watching them go from suspicious to curious to genuinely proud of what they had cooked was one of the most moving things I have ever seen. That was the moment Little Chefs Club was born.

I wanted to pass on my passion for cooking to children who might otherwise grow up thinking the kitchen was not for them.

What parents tell us

Loved by tiny chefs and the grown-ups who clean up after them.

She came home, set the table without being asked, and made us a soft-boiled egg. We are not the same family.

He stopped asking for chicken nuggets. He now asks for risotto. Risotto. From a seven year old.

Best birthday party we have ever thrown. The kids made pizzas, ate them, took home a cake. We did nothing.
